2025 - the year of the job hunter?

❓ 2025. The year of the job hunter? It’s too early to tell and currently the stats show we are about 15% down year on job listings in both Australia and New Zealand

📉 There’s no doubt the last 18 months or so have been incredibly tough if you've been in the market for a new role. Every week seemed to bring news of redundancies, market downturns and record numbers of job applicants. 

🌤️ In my role as a Career Coach I've seen first hand on a daily basis just how hard it has been. At the same time I need to stress that it is not all doom and gloom. Job vacancies are being created, recruiters are recruiting and people are finding new jobs.

💥 Celebrating success has never been more important and with that in mind I’m delighted to congratulate Richard Tims on his new role with Vector Limited. A great way to start the new year Richard and thanks for the kind words!
